We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

Super comfy beds, lovely bathroom and amenities. Great service. Definitely recommend.

Our stay at Hotel Niwa made our Japan trip exceptional! As American travelers in our early 30s, we found this place to be a gem in Tokyo. I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. I’ll certainly stay here again,

1 min. from the underground station and 1 stop to Haneda Airport terminal 3 . Very convenient for early flight , nice italian restaurant ang good food.

It’s beautiful room. My husband & kids loved here. The location is so convenient with many restaurants nearby, close to station & market with a short walking distance. The park in front of hotel is so beautiful with cherry blossoms. The staff is so friendly & nicely. Front desks are fast service & come to our room to instruct us how to use washer/dryer machine. We will recommend friends staying here & we definitely come bac. Everything is perfect.

The breakfast was excellent with so many options to choose from.

Rooms have lots of space, breakfast has variety and onsen is great after a long day of exploring the city

Cute hotel a 10 walk to bus, train stations and main streets of Shinjuku for food, entertainment, shopping etc. We like that there are Family Marts and vending machines downstairs for snacks. The staff were all very nice and helpful!

I always stay at Sotetsu Fresa Takadanobaba whenever I'm in Tokyo, and for good reason. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from Takadanobaba Station, which connects to the JR Yamanote, Seibu Shinjuku, and Tozai Lines. This was a well-maintained hotel with wonderful staff. The room itself was lovely and has great amenities. The 3 twin room was surprisingly spacious for 3 people. The on-premises restaurant was great too. The location is quiet and spacious which is a nice change from the surrounding metro area. It is literally next to a train station so transit is a breeze. My only real complaint is that the laundry facility was too small. There were often 2 hour lines of folks waiting to get loads...

Very nice and cozy hotel! Right next to the subway so easy travel options

The hotel itself is very old, needs some refurbishment, but they still keep it very clean. I like our beds were being made every day, we felt very comfortable and relaxed when we returned to our room to see the clean beds after long walks.

Excellent location with so much to do within walking distance. Multiple subway line with a 1-2 minute walk. Hotel and staff were wonderful, so pleasant and helpful. Help with Luggage storage and shipping was a great bonus for our group.
