“We checked in and when we went to or room carpet was dirty and smelled like dog, at 8pm there were 15 plus guys (construction) hanging outside there rooms drink and smoking. Went to dinner and came back at 10pm they were still there and were so loud we called front desk and were told nothing could be done. We were going to leave but the front desk guy was excellent and found a room away from noise. That room was clean and only issue is TV didn’t have a connection and had coffee but no coffee……

“We ended up upgrading to a cabin and had a wonderful time! The cabins were private, clean, perfect size and beautiful views. All the employees were very nice, the restaurant on the property had great food and a live musician (Mr. Miller was fantastic). We will definitely be back! We also went to the close vineyard and had a great time there as well. My husband really enjoyed the wine (I don’t drink wine). I enjoyed the cheese and crackers”

“Everything was better than expected. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, the bed and pillows were comfortable, actually all the amenities were just fine. The only thing off was the air conditioner. It sounded like a jet was flying over whenever it was running. I got used to it real fast and it actually helped me sleep. Best part was the breakfast. Everything was very well organized and clean. Kudos to the manager. For the price, I would stay here again.”

“I stayed in the cottage for 3 nights with a friend of mine. It was a perfect base for us to explore the nearby mountain roads for daily drives, such as the Tail of the Dragon. Bill was super friendly at the front desk and gave us helpful tips such as a hike to a nearby amazing waterfall. The cottage was clean and tidy on the inside, a 70s vibe with wood paneling and furniture and a small kitchen with everything we needed. There was coffee, filters and plenty of towels. The outside could use some……
