“We just had our 2nd visit this year. We love the Dillard House . We enjoy sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs. It's nice to have a nice quiet (some construction) place to reconnect with nature. We will be visiting again .”
“stayed here one night and 3 other motel/hotels this week, this was by far the cleanest and nicest room we had. Even better than some of the well-known brands we stayed in this week. Would differently go back and spend more time here,”
“I was there for training. Staff was very pleasant and helpful at check-in. Room was very clean. I did have a room with a balcony, there were some large spider webs on the porch that should have been removed. Food was very good. Overall, a very good experience and staff was very nice at check-out.”
“No ice available; in-house bar and restaurant were closed for the season, but that fact was not stated clearly on the website; and witnessed an uncomfortable moment between desk staff and a superior who was on the phone, speaking to worker in a demeaning way. The whole stay was uncomfortable.”
“The staff was professional, helpful and made us feel very welcome. I had a concern about booking a pet friendly room and Jamie made me feel very comfortable with this room selection since rooms were limited when I booked. They were also helpful in providing restaurant recoomendations.
The breakfast was lovely. Very flavorful.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much and would highly recommend this Inn.”
“Dinner was excellent with great service. Breakfast was ok. Picnic lunches were good. Place needs a deep cleaning. King room bed was comfortable but the floor carpet was super dirty. Guests walking upstairs generates lots of squeaking. Summer room was dirty with very old sofas. We felt walking around chairs were dusty and the property should be in better condition given the prices.”
“Great place although a little pricey. The rooms in the lodge were much nicer than the cabins, we switched mid-stay.
Decent food at the restaurant with good service. The service was especially good at the front desk.”
