“We had previously stayed here in October and enjoyed our visit, which is why we booked two additional stays for events we had planned in the area. Unfortunately, this recent stay was very different from our previous experience. I want to preface this by saying I am not picky when it comes to hotels- I don't need anything fancy, I just want a clean room with fresh sheets and towels, a hot shower, and a comfy bed.
