“Our room specifically was left a bit unclean, with floors dirty and one trash can not emptied when we arrived. Other than that, the bathroom and most areas were actually quite clean. Staff was excellent and helpful, especially the morning breakfast crew. Location seems like it would be noisy due to highway proximity, but the way the building is positioned makes it relatively quiet.”

“Whoever was in there before me must’ve liked popcorn because the carpet still had popcorn on it, especially underneath the desk. I just cleaned it up myself and did not say anything to the front desk receptionist. Bed was clean so I guess that’s all it matters.”

“This is my go-to in Greenwood when visiting my family. It's great with kids with plenty of space in the rooms. The continental breakfast is above average in quality and I had quick easy check in. I just want to say, I used this hotel through expedia a few weeks ago. My mother was out of the hospital and vulnerable to sickness and her doctor told her not to have company. Expedia denied giving me my money back through a cancellation but I called the hotel and they directly told expedia it was……

“Rooms were clean and comfortable, location is great for downtown access and Newberry College. Building and interior is a bit older/tired, but upkeep seems good overall.”
