“We ended up leaving and finding a different hotel. When we entered the lobby, it smelled like cigarette smoke. When we got off the elevator, there was a different terrible smell. When we entered the room, there was a third terrible smell. The carpet was very stained. It looked like a wall-mounted light had been ripped off the wall without repairs being made. The sheets did not look fresh and neat. There were no blankets or comforters. Each bed had only one small, lumpy pillow. It looked……
