“We arrived late Friday night from the Mayo clinic exausted and the room was clean and tne beds were comfortable the buffet breakfast was superb and the biscuits were the best!! We came to window rock with the hopes of visiting some of you historical sites and maybe the zoo just a little fown time after a very bisy week of doctors and tests and being told thkmgs i dodnt want to jear bit needed to and in the end were better then i expected. However when we went to.leabe Saturday morning oir truck……

“Check in was easy! Even though they didn’t mention a 3rd party booking fee, it was returned. Overall nice room and clean! Will definitely book here again in the future. ”

“When we check in, the desk clerk keeps talking on phone and didn’t give us any information like WiFi password. The room is noisy when other room is using bathroom and floor is shaking when other room is walking. I’d rather choose motel 6 or anything else than this hotel!”

“If you are unaffected by train noises, this is an awesome stay. Door lock felt less-than-secure. Shower head was next level nice.”

“When I checked in, I used the public restroom in the lobby. As a result, an employee jokingly said: It costs $5 per person to use the restroom. There is a fee. Maybe he was joking, or maybe he was teasing, or maybe if other customers were serious, they would think he was really charging... That's really bad...”

“For the price, a great hotel. Certainly no 5-star resort but the room was decently clean, a/c was loud but worked very well, & the overnight stay was quiet & uneventful, although the room did vibrate when the train passes by (quietly though: felt kind of like an earthquake but no noise). The lady at the front desk was also nice & helpful—I accidentally booked the wrong room type but she switched us for no additional charge. I know other reviews mentioned not having fridge or microwave but both……
