"We enjoyed our stay there, we were in the main building. I was impressed that they had their own security staff. We were doing a Route 66 trip and it made me feel comfortable with leaving my convertible in the parking lot. Staff was great, room was very clean, and the place has great character and history!"

"The husband and wife that run Royal Holiday are super friendly, gave complimentary beverages and snacks at check-in and a good breakfast. Room was clean, spacious and met my needs. Yes, there is train noise and whistle but I did not mind as it remined me of the 7 years I lived in Flagstaff and couldn't go to sleep without hearing the train!"

"Breakfast could use more options but it was still a convenience that we didn’t have to pay elsewhere, and it was still good. Staff are friendly. Beds are little hard but not too bad. Overall it was a great stay."

"The cleanliness of the room, the floor was stained under the bed and hair on the floor in the in the bathroom. There is not enough space in the restroom for your stuff. The sheets and towels need to be upgraded to new ones."

"The person in charge of the breakfast was really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I forget her name, but she was great! She even explained how to take a dirt side road to get around the blocked streets due to the parade!"
