“Clerk at desk insisted on changing my 2 queen bed room for 1 king bed since I was traveling by myself. Reservation was for two nights but she did not keep that when she changed the room. The next morning I left my bags in the room planning on staying two nights. When I got back to the room that afternoon the key would not work and the same lady wanted a $20 late check out and to assign me another room. The room had not been cleaned, no reason for a $20 late check out since I had reserved it……

“There have been a lot of upgrades, however the pool wasn't finished and we arrived late and the ice machine had been emptied by other guests. The fridge in the room worked and we used that then got some ice in the am. Beds were nice and AC worked, good deal for the price. Also next to Arby's if you need a bite to eat. Breakfast is the contiental breakfast, cereal, breads & pasteries, waffle maker, and gravy & biscuits. We would stay again.”
