“Property was exactly what we were looking for--on-site parking, clean, simple breakfast (included), walkable (20-30 minutes) to center of town. Hosts were accommodating and pleasant. No frills (almost dormitory-like feel, no carpeting). We had a room with private bathroom. This was very nice except that the shower is quite tall and narrow. Would stay here again. ”

Easy to move to the downtown of bologna ( 45min by train / bus ). Humble but fresh clean breakfast.i Especially, Rita, the host is super kind and hearty!”
