“Clean amenities— disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t available but the continental breakfast was good and the hotel was awesome ”

“The staff at check in was great and super accommodating, we’ve had worst ones in the past. This gentleman worked with us. But the room wasn’t super clean. And the shower didn’t work well. There was guests being super rowdy and messing around us too. ”

“A huge party was happening right outside our room! We upgraded to a poolside room and were lining forward to it! Until a hockey team showed up, drinks in hand and had a party with several dozen ppl that started at 6pm and went till 11:45pm. Being poolside, the party was right outside our door. It was so loud, vulgar and out of control. Tried multiple times to get the front desk to do something. They didn't. We couldn't use the hot tub or pool, it was filled with ppl drinking excessively. ……
