“We have stayed at this hotel ever summer for the past 5 years. We were airing up tubes to float the Illinois River like we have every year, the lady who works at the front desk had an opportunity to be professional and ask us not to stop, instead was extremely rude and disrespectful. We’ve never had a problem before. If she had been respectful and made us aware would have respectfully stopped and gone elsewhere lake we did anyway. We asked for an explanation and received an unprofessional……

“Our room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. We loved how the mini fridge had a small freezer. We were a little sad that the hot tub was under construction during a stay, but that would not stop us from staying again. The breakfast provided was well stocked with a variety of items and everything was fresh and hot. We will stay here if given the chance to come back to Stilwell again.”
