“Room smelled like smoke, fire detector was unplugged and hanging from ceiling. Stale room with no windows. Very loud hallway - no control of guests from staff. Lots of yelling so sleep was disruptive. Bathroom door in the way of toilet and shower.”

“This is obviously an older hotel being upgraded. Not sure if it is new to being a Fairfiled but the rooms were on the small side compared to others in the chain. There is some new carpeting, furnishings etc and im sure once its done it will be nice. Our A/C was set to 60 but it never got really cool so we went a bought a fan to help. The pillows were thin and uncomfortable so we went out and purchased a couple of pillows.The breakfast was very minimal and what little there was was empty. We were……
