“The staff were very friendly, check in was great however my room was in dire need of renovations. Evidence of water damage everywhere in the room, walls and ceilings discoloured, bubbled and paint damaged. The tub was rust stained and missing tiles, the loose tub stopper on the side of the tub was black. No seals on the door, you could see light through to the hallway and my door latch had a hole in it on the outside. The smoke alarm was hanging by its wires.
I would never return.”
