“Room needs updated. Decor tired. Curtains need to be tucked behind radiator or will block heat. No working sockets near bed as round pins instead of square. Only 1 bedside lamp.
Staff efficient and friendly.

“The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs ”
