“The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs ”
“The place itself was nice ,our room had a lovely view being on the front. It wasn't apparent on the booking that the restaurant was Indian cuisine only so we had to go elsewhere for our evening meal.”
“When we arrived we parked alongside other vehicles. We went to check in and were immediately told we had parked incorrectly and needed to move our. vehicle. When asked if a sign advised where we’re not to park the individual said NO. He then stated we must fill in a preorder form for breakfast and post it by a certain time. “The room was very clean when we got there (although one chair was very wobbly - so we avoided sitting on it). The amenities were very nice - including coffee, tea, water and even Caramel Wafers (nice touch).
Check out was seamless, location is great, so much available to do.”
