“The hotel could be amazing but unfortunately it is now dated and needs to be refurbished. The standard twin room does not have an overhead shower and the room was dated and shabby. There was no bottled water as stated either.
The room was also very hot and they do not provide fans as standard.
The pool is lovely but does need a little TLC and the showers in the changing rooms are extremely hot. As is the general temperature of the changing rooms.

“No air con was given a fan without the outer guard on it ( useless), breakfast 2nd morning was awful , burnt scrambled eggs, broken egg was delivered on my cousin's plate and bacon was hard and black in places”

“The room was overall clean.The staff were helpful.The best thing was that the property has its own parking.
Overall the stay was comfortable.The stay was worth the money I spent for two nights.There are porcelain cups and bowls with few spoons.But you may carry plates if you wish to eat something.It would have been much better if they had repaired the wall mounted heaters to warm the room because the weather was cold.Instead there was the portable heater which took much time to heat up the……

“Am Nachmittag des Ankunftstags, versuchte ich anzurufen, um Bescheid zu sagen, dass wir spät ankommen. Leider war niemand erreichbar. Dann habe ich im Internet herausgefunden, dass das Hotel zu war. Weder vom Hotel noch von Expedia wurde ich informiert und ich habe 2 Stunden am Telefon gebraucht, bevor ich eine Antwort von Expedia bekam. Dann habe ich selber ein Ersatzhotel gesucht!! Ich bin total enttäuscht und war super gestresst. Nicht was man braucht als Urlaubsanfang!”
