“The cleaning staff stole my money from the room and hotel management did not do anything about it. The room was noisy and full of cigarette smell even the room was non smoking. “I book and pay for the AC room but they give me non AC room! In this room, no basin and is a trouble to brush teeth or wash face. And the toilet, the bed all dirty! “The service at this hotel was very poor. During check-in, we were at the lobby waiting for almost an hour - in the middle on the night. I had booked two different rooms, but only one was showing up on their system. The man at the front desk was saying it was our fault for booking on Expedia. We had gotten to our rooms around 3am. “品質上是還好，但油漆味濃厚，第一天入住是服務很好，第二天繼續住沒有主動打掃房間，第三天我要求他們打掃之前他們才有問今天需要打掃？只有第一天提供免費的一瓶礦泉水，第二天是自己付費，之後的7天都沒有免費的一瓶礦泉水，自己購買！我覺得不是錢的問題是服務的問題，如果你的住宿服務是有這些貼心的服務，那就必須做到，否則讓人失望....所以以後如果再次去是不會選擇這個飯店”
