“This could have been a good last minute choice , we just thought let's give this place a chance and decided to stay here but then the lady at reception is a terrible host. What kind of policy at a hotel tells you that you get only 1 towel and if you use the swimming pool there is no option to get another towel If you order 2 rounds of alcohol , why would the reception tell you at first that they will bring the 2nd round to you , then after you pay for it , they tell you to come yourself and……

“The hotel was not cleaned holes in walls cockroaches, spiderwebs everywhere. The name was not even on the building like it didn’t exist. I didn’t even end up staying and they won’t give money back! Just a disgrace”

“Stay away from this property! I honestly don’t know how this lodge got its 4 stars. The way this lodge treats its guests is not worth even one star. We were given a shabby room, which clearly used to be a shed before. The parking space is so narrow that a taxi was asked to park within 30 cm from the door opening to our room, which implied that my family had to squeeze themselves through the opening. The management was immediately notified but ignored my wife’s request to move the taxi. Only when……
