“Room smelled so good. Bed was so comfortable and clean. Staff were welcoming and assisted with everything. I arrived at 2.30am in the morning and had to wake the manager up but he was very kind snd helpful even then.”

“We chose the hotel because of its good rating (>8), but this is not at all true to the current state. The rooms had the basics, but were not clean (except for the sheets), borderlining dirty also in the washrooms, and with no toilet paper. We found /got rid of two cockroaches. It was noisy in the night and in the morning since windows faced a back alley. The staff was rather uninterested in ud upon arrival at night and did not inform us about the breakfast hours, so we missed it in the……

“Very bad stay
1. I reached to hotel at 9:00 PM and was very tired. The hotel receptionist, even with out checking asked me to cancel the Booking by Hotels.com, as he said that they would not have received the payment
2. He asked me to cancel and pay and claim the cancellation refund from Hotels.com later
3. I said I had booked hotel 4 days prior to my journey
4. I called Manager(The Phone number of which was present in hotels.com website
