Top notch property for adults and pets. Great breakfast as well.

The gym was fantastic (I didn't come prepared this time, but will next time). Loved the ease of walking downtown, it was super close to our venue.

We were there for 2 nights so my son could tour the University. I did not want to stay at a casino hotel and this looked very nice. It was!!! The beautiful Truckee river runs right behind. It is walking distance to the casino strip. The Aces ballpark is right across the street. It is easy to find off of the freeway. I liked the Bistro café where we could get a quick and delicious breakfast without having to take the extra time at a restaurant. It was also not a buffet, which I liked. ...

The rooms were downright spacious, the staff was super helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere was absolutely gorgeous!

Great place to stay. Downside was that my wife saw a bed bug crawling around when we went to bed.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. We stayed here one night with our family of four because we had a late arrival in to the airport. The hotel airport shuttle takes about less than 5 minutes. Breakfast buffet included (scrambled eggs and chorizo) with choice of cereals bagels fresh fruit.

Overall very comfy, a bit hard to see from the street but that adds to the quiet.

had to have parking pass-but casino players took all parking without passes_not enforced

Great stay. Rooms felt newly renovated/ clean and staff was super nice. Guest in the rooms around me were a little loud, but I’m a deep sleeper so I didn’t mind!

I’ve stayed here before and LOVED it! It looks a little dated on the outside but has been completely redone inside and is lovely, and the staff is FANTASTIC! It’s so clean and nice.

Great choice for family time with accessible pantry, shower nice family room setup sofa etc.

Great location Nice clean modern room. Great staff. Near a Mall and shopping. Very nice stay.

There are restaurant option around the area. The staff are very helpful and did above and beyond while we were there. We had a good stay. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool and the jacuzzi.

I've stayed in this hotel twice over the past month and it was amazing both times! Great suite rooms with full kitchens, comfy beds, AMAZING service staff (everyone at the front desk is SO nice and they remembered us– and our dog– the second time we came back!) awesome free breakfast (they have a waffle maker!) and pet friendly! Great central location for the entire Reno/Tahoe area and so glad we can bring our pup along too. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family traveling to...

The front desk staff at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful and the process was quick and efficient. Clean suite with ample amenities. Quiet inside and outside. Easy parking. Good location to airport, restaurants and activities.

The hotel staff was quite friendly and knowledgeable. The property location was ideal for shopping, eating, and ease of access to the freeway. The property itself also had a lot of things to do (swimming, basketball, access to a little lake, outside fire pit, etc.).

The suite was very clean, I love it becouse you have a bar and snacks in the lobby, thank you 😊 🏢

Very nice place. CLEAN and comfortable and plenty parking. Only negative, the couch in the living room NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. We had to watch TV in the bedroom because the couch has no support left.

Same pet friendly Sonesta we like all across the country
