“This facility is a time share. The condition of the unit appears to depend on the owner. The unit we were given was in such poor shape that we did not stay there. We looked inside and then left, finding other lodging for the next two nights. The other major problem with the site were the stairs leading to the unit, and inside the unit. This was described in the promotional material. Us older people with heavy bags could not make it up the stairs. I would like to see a refund.”

“Pictures on line when you book make it look like you are booking a new modern contemporary condo. In fact the condo was built in the 70’s and everything inside was old and mismatched. Again, it was clean, but my lower rating is due to the misleading pictures ”

“Overall stay is good and lodge is cozy and a large size of kitchen with full utensils to use, which are very convenient. A few things that the management may think to improve: the washer and dryer, especially the dryer is not clean and some dust even coins left inside the dryer. Customer service phone number is not reachable the day after Xmas so there is nobody to answer our questions.”

“Nice location, quiet area, not enough towels, kitchen missing a few essentials like hand towels, spatula and cookie sheet.”
