“Great resort, even if it’s a bit dated. Close to Incline Beach with lots of amenities. The clubhouse had an arcade and other games, a snack bar and bar, pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis and pickle ball courts. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“Pictures on line when you book make it look like you are booking a new modern contemporary condo. In fact the condo was built in the 70’s and everything inside was old and mismatched. Again, it was clean, but my lower rating is due to the misleading pictures ”

“Overall stay is good and lodge is cozy and a large size of kitchen with full utensils to use, which are very convenient. A few things that the management may think to improve: the washer and dryer, especially the dryer is not clean and some dust even coins left inside the dryer. Customer service phone number is not reachable the day after Xmas so there is nobody to answer our questions.”

“Nice location, quiet area, not enough towels, kitchen missing a few essentials like hand towels, spatula and cookie sheet.”

“When I showed up the room was in the middle of being cleaned but no one was there. I called the help number and did not get a call back for hours. Ended up having to rent another hotel room for the first night.”
