“Paula was really good at communicating with me. The dining/living area were comfortable with plenty of space. The kitchen was decent and nicely equipped. Location was good for us. There was an additional small living room that was good for reading and relaxing. A small window air and a fan in one of the bedrooms was not enough to handle heat/humidity while there. “Each morning we sat in the living room enjoying a cup of coffee while watching and listening to the river flow by. We could see the young deer walking in the river nibbling on the overhanging leaves and a heron fishing for his dinner. The home is small, but roomy and very open. The photos described it perfectly, clean and comfortable. ”

“The cottage was perfect for our trip. The bunk bed with a trundle was great for the teens while the adults were comfortable in the other two bedrooms (we didn’t have need for the Murphy bed in the living room, but if we had a larger group, it was another sizable bed! The bed linens and towels were all new and the appliances, too. I always appreciate a place with a washer and dryer, and they provided detergent.
