"The room is clean but a bit small. However, the design of separating the bathroom and the bed with a curtain is not ideal, as the curtain rings tend to fall off easily. On the positive side, the staff are friendly, the hotel is well-located, and the breakfast is good."

"extremely bad trip. I went Munich with my parent first time so I wanna stay in same suites. However, the condition is malfunctioning and we have to change to two separate rooms without any choice. They forget we change the room and no one to make up the room three nights in a row which is not acceptable. I remind the receptionist to make sure they have to make up the room in the second dah and third day morning but still no one coming to do the cleaning. Even the towels didnt change and garbage didnt remove. This hotel is tlly not advised and this make my trip with a very bad memory. Terrible hotel. "
