“The walls in the hall ways had paint chipped off. The shower would clog up while showering, will never stay here again.”

“Beds were super soft and tall, dont sleep on the edges cause you'll end up rolling off. The breakfast was disappointing. Came down 30 mins before it ended. The lady who was in charge wouldn't make more eggs. The tater tots were all squished. She was outside smoking. On the patio throwing her cigarette butts on the ground. Other staff members came down at the end of breakfast to take what was left..but there wasn't much left.”

“The main door to the suite didn't latch properly for the time we were there, We were not happy about that told the staff . The staff was fantastic , helpful kind . The toilet need to be fixed properly was not bolted down. But once asked the maintenance worker he did the best he could. Staff was super helpful.”

“The room was nice and breakfast was good, but when we went to go to the pool, it was down. The front desk said it would be closed for the duration of our stay and that there was no chlorine. We traveled with 7 children and chose this hotel with the pool for a reason. We were very disappointed, especially because a lack of chlorine in the pool is completely preventable. No communication at check in regarding the pool. It felt dishonest. ”

“It’s a room in a small horse barn and it’s exactly what I needed. Quiet, greeted by host and then allowed to enjoy the property without interference. The bathroom is tiny but that was to be expected. Really loved the property. Only 7 miles from Loudenville so phone internet and navigation worked. Horses helped my heart as I was not in town for pleasure, it was the break I needed. There’s a full kitchen but I didn’t need it. Streaming channels and the bed and pillows were very nice.”

“This property is just what we needed. Its like staying at Grandmas house. It is so comfy and well appointed. It is so quiet and peaceful. We loved seeing horses in the backyard. The kitty was a nice bonus. I just wish we had a longer stay.”

“Great little farm house, owners are extremely friendly and considerate. Enjoyed staying here and will definitely be back next year. Really enjoyed the fire pit!”
