“Complete absence of service or hospitality. I will be asking for a refund.
Service? Nope
Front desk open 3-7pm. 24 hours, 3 different contacts…? Nope. I called no less than 15 times to each of the 3 proffered contact numbers when locked out of my room- no answer or call rejected.
One of the numbers- on the official property literature and signs outside reception- actually said to me: “ I have nothing to do with this hotel. I have no idea why my number is there!”
After an hour of standing out……

“Das Personal war sehr nett und der Check-In erfolgte schnell und problemlos. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist super. Aber leider war das Zimmer etwas dreckig (Staub auf dem Boden) und das Restaurant/Bar aus dem Erdgeschoss war die ganze Nacht zu hören. Wir konnten leider nicht gut schlafen. ”
