“The Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable and plentiful with a wide selection to choose from although somewhat pricey.
Hotel is located right in the centre of Hereford close to all shops, pubs and cathedral. ”

“The hotel was very clean the staff were very helpful and friendly the food was very nice we ate in the bar area it was very relaxed. If I had one negative it was thst the bed was a little hard it could have done with a mattress topper. ”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Food in restaurant very good. Excellent value for money. It's being refurbished and this does need to continue, as some parts are a bit 'tired', though still very clean. Main criticism would be the lighting - mis-matched and dull lighting in the bedrooms, would be an easy fix. Would definitely recommend though, given excellent value for money and great food.”
