"The room we were booked into had some maintenance issues and seen better days. Alex the Duty manager was great- showed us an alternative room in the main building and personally took care of moving luggage. Only thing that takes away from 5* was the attitude and service of some of the bar and waiting ..."

"Very friendly and helpful check in. Moved to a room on the ground floor as travelling on a blue badge,no trouble at all. Room was large and comfortable,also clean . "Really clean, modern facilities, with everything we needed for a one night stay. A lot of traffic noise from 5am onwards but to be expected being so central - another one of the perks! Overall great stay."
