“說是兩點入住，卻是五點才有人服務，害我們不能先拿到免費交通卡先用，浪費不少時間，飯店內光線不足，有點可怕。因為是假日，不能使用三溫暖，有點掃興，但這樣就得先告知。還有網路上的價錢說是有折扣過，其實在和我在櫃台看的價錢表根本是一樣，有被騙的感覺。房間內大致上很不錯，但小孩床邊卻有不穩固的立燈，很危險。早餐選擇不多，但餐廳裝飾佈置不錯。”

“das Zimmer war perfekt, der Empfang herzlich und jegliche Frage wurde zur vollkommenen Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Ein ganz großes Lob an die Küche, das Essen war super gut. Habe die letzten Jahre auswärts nicht so gut gegessen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war so reichlich, das man gar nicht wusste wo anfangen und wann höre ich auf zu Frühstücken. Die Kirschmarmelade war mein Favorit und von den guten Semmeln wollen wir gar nicht reden. Kaffee am Tisch war frisch und gut. Rundum perfekte Tage. Danke an……
