“I have stayed at many resorts (both all-inclusive and standard), so my standards might be a bit specific, but overall my stay at Coral Beach by Loews was a mixed bag. It has some great selling points, but it definitely leaves room for improvement.
The Pros:
Impeccable Cleanliness: The entire hotel and the rooms were exceptionally clean. A huge shoutout to the fantastic cleaning staff who do an amazing job.
Great Staff: Everyone we encountered was nice and welcoming.

“The peers at the front desk are amazing,
Unfortunately I don’t recall their names but they make me fall in love with the island. The whole front desk staff are awesome and very helpful. Will definitely come back, also Vanessa the housekeeper; was very kind and helpful at all times.”
