“The location itself was very nice and enjoyable, but the hospitality could definitely be improved. On several occasions when we asked for assistance, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. When we requested a change of bedsheets due to visible stains, they gave a a hard time we experienced a long delay before anything was done. This unfortunately took away from what could have been a much better overall experience.”

“Stayed for 6 nights, no hot water. After talking to the desk the 2nd morning they said they would send a guy right up but I had to be there in the room for him. After a half hour he showed up, sat on the toilet with the water running for 20 minutes texting and talking on his phone. after that he said he had to check a machine, I waited another half hour and when he did not come back I went to the front desk. They said that the whole resort was having hot water problems, I explained that I didn't……
