"Had a 2 bedroom suite Beds were way too soft and none of us slept well because of that. Not sure why they would have such soft beds. Suite was nice, but only had 2 chairs at the table and there were 4 of us. Hot tub was broke and jets didn’t work but the pool was open and clean. breakfast was basic nothing special, they wouldn’t refill the ketchup and ran out of cutlery 45 mins before end time."
