“They are thieves and scammers. They denied the online payment and asked me to pay again. When i reported the matter to the police, the man threatened to kill me. At dawn, they owner would come knock at my door so hard to disturb my sleep. They are wicked people. All these events happened so fast within a day. I left on the second day without getting the back the money i paid online for 14nights plus the additional 14 nights extra money i paid. I lost all my monies. The police could not help. All……

“First off we booked a room close to where daughter lived with the expectation she could come and hang out with us in the evening. When we checked in we were told she was only allowed to go to the bar. She couldn’t come to our room at all. This should have been listed in the write up of the room or at least posted in our confirmation. Second we booked the room with the tub and surrounding windows(we paid extra for that room). “Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Das Bad war sauber und zweckmäßig. Der Safe im Zimmer war nicht mit der Wand/Schrank verankert, sondern stand lose im Schrank. Die Küche war eine Gemeinschaftsküche und etwas schmuddelig. Das Geschirr war lose in der Küche verteilt und nicht in Schränken aufbewahrt. Der Kühlschrank war unordentlich. Frühstück musste selbst zubereitet werden. Die Auswahl wahr sehr beschränkt. Der Abwasch musste selbst erledigt werden. Es gab keine……

“We stayed there for our 10-year anniversary. Nice view. However, we paid an expensive nightly rate for a half board. The main restaurant is supposed to be opened until 10pm. We arrived at 8pm for our reservation. Not even 15min after our arrival, the staff clearly started to do everything possible to make us understand we ought to be leaving asap. Like cleaning the dishes, heavily racking chairs on the floor, setting up for breakfast 2h before closing time… they did everything except being……

“Bella struttura per ottimo personale. Colazione a scelta tra 5 varie tipologie di menù con prodotti freschi. Camera spaziosa che necessita di qualche ritocchino ma nel complesso confortevole, grande e perfetta anche per un bimbo di quasi 2 anni. Posizione comodissima a pochi passi dal mare a da Gran Baie. Presenti ristoranti nella zona”
