"Although the facilities are acceptable, my overall experience was mixed. While the rest of the staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating, we had a major issue with one specific female staff member. Upon arrival, she was quite rude and flatly refused to answer basic questions about our reservation, stating that she would not assist us until 3:00 PM. When we returned at that time and expressed our frustration regarding her treatment to another staff member, she finally apologized; however, it left a very unpleasant feeling due to the noticeable difference in the way she treated tourists compared to national guests. It is disappointing to encounter that kind of attitude from one individual, as it overshadowed the positive service provided by the rest of the team.""

"Very large room with bedroom and living room. It was clean and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed sitting in the outdoor covered gazebo during the afternoon. It was a great location, close to restaurants and coffee shops. The only down side was no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sink, but the shower was large with hot water. Our friend explained that this is Panamanian style with only hot water in the shower. We used an electric hot water kettle to heat up water quickly for the kitchen and bathroom sinks. So it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience."
