Desayuno super bueno. Excelente ubicación con acceso exclusivo al Mall a través de un puente peatonal. Cerca de Avenida Balboa donde se ve el mar. Lo único fue que éramis 3 huéspedes y siempre dejaban 2 qguas y 2 toallas y había q estar llamando para que subieran 1 más.

Very disappointing experience. The surrounding area was dirty, with garbage on the streets, numerous stray cats, and people smoking right outside the property. My partner and I did not feel safe walking around, especially at night, so we checked out the next morning and booked another place. I raised these concerns with the owner, but instead of acknowledging them, they dismissed everything and insisted on photos. I later provided photos of the dirty streets to Expedia, yet the owner still refused to take any responsibility. I would not recommend this property due to the location, lack of concern for guest safety, and poor customer service.
