“Tres bon hotel et pas loin de la plage”

“I liked the view, The manager (Andre) and front desk staff were very helpful. The room lacked a kettle and the internal phone system didn’t work. Room TV didn’t have the World Cup matches, with no TVs in any of the common areas either. Also the pool bar refuses to fulfill your drinks if it’s a cappuccino or similar, they ask you to go get it inside despite the hotel stating you can order at the pool bar.”

“This is not a proper hotel l want a full payment refund, when l arrived the receipnist could not speak English and was very unhelpful. There was no cable TV in English, the continental breakfast was only egg and bread, no cereal, juice fruits etc The next morning there was no water to have shower, my room was changed when l complained then the wash hand basin was blocked and they wanted to change my room again and by then l was so fed up so l refused. “À notre arrivée la chambre était nickel et bien entretenue durant notre séjour. Le personnel d’accueil était agréable et serviable, il y avait toujours quelqu’un à l’accueil. Malgres notre arrivée tardive dans la nuit nous avons pu récupérer notre clé même si ce n’était pas dans les heures de base. Hotel top on recommande”

“Great location easy walk to skanderburg sq, Rooms facing the street can be a little noisy, good bathroom shower, room and bed , aircon was hit and miss , the room was far too hot at times and system locked so unable to cool down , tv only had Netflix, no tv channels worked , asked about this and said they’d have a look . on an evening it can be very smoky when walking into the hotel , chain smokers in the bar, breakfast was made To order so could be busy at times”

“Beautiful new hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to me and my family. Downside is that the room does not have a kettle for all you tea lovers! Location was 👌 and the view of the beautiful mosque Gabriel and the lady at the front desk on night duties (sorry forgot your name) thanks for a nice experience Thank you Koral”
