“Tres bon hotel et pas loin de la plage”

“I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Boutique Vila 135. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Skanderbeg Square and many of Tirana's main attractions, restaurants, and cafés. The room was modern, very clean, and comfortable, with a great bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or recommendations. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good selection to start the day. The hotel has a nice café and restaurant downstairs,……

“I liked the view, The manager (Andre) and front desk staff were very helpful. The room lacked a kettle and the internal phone system didn’t work. Room TV didn’t have the World Cup matches, with no TVs in any of the common areas either. Also the pool bar refuses to fulfill your drinks if it’s a cappuccino or similar, they ask you to go get it inside despite the hotel stating you can order at the pool bar.”

“We travelled with two young children and had a wonderful stay. Our kids particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and playground facilities. The hotel offers beautiful views over Tirana and is conveniently located close to the cable car. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast, particularly in terms of variety and overall quality. Aside from that, our experience was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily return and would recommend this hotel to other families……

“Wow, an incredibly hotel. We stayed in a lovely apartment with 3 balconies, 3! One for each bedroom and one for the kitchenette and living area. Both bedrooms have en suite with bidet and nice showers, toiletries provided and replenished at no extra cost and the staff were lovely. It’s a short 20 or so minute walk to Skanderbeu Square and in the vicinity of where most tour operators will pick you up from, which is also super handy. For Tirana, the street it’s on is actually pretty quiet! Highly……

“What is advertised as family room includes a sofa bed that you are better off sleeping on the floor. Both my kids got a terrible back ache from it. To top it off the management pretended that we broke the bed and wanted to charge us for the damage. This was a terrible customer service experience. I cancelled a future stay there and it was not refundable, but worth not having to deal with them anymore.”

“Clean room, well-maintained, staff was okay (need to be more approachable and friendly), but terrible experience due to having mosquitoes inside probably entered through vents and dripping water in the washroom. Its a good hotel but need more improvements.”

“This is not a proper hotel l want a full payment refund, when l arrived the receipnist could not speak English and was very unhelpful. There was no cable TV in English, the continental breakfast was only egg and bread, no cereal, juice fruits etc The next morning there was no water to have shower, my room was changed when l complained then the wash hand basin was blocked and they wanted to change my room again and by then l was so fed up so l refused.
