“The family room was amazing and very comfortable. We really felt at home. The morning desk person was VERY unhelpful, condescending and rude. 2 of us left at 10am to pick up a car rental. We had to ask for a later check out and it was granted until 11:30. As our 2 other friends were busily bringing all our luggage down around 11:30, they returned to the room to get the the last pieces of luggage. The card did not work and the front desk person was so rude when we asked to gain access to get the……

“This hotel is on a quieter location in golem, although this means it’s also very close to the motorway. My room faced the motorway and if I had my balcony door open it was loud however once the door was closed the noise disappeared. The room was extremely comfortable and did look like the photos on Expedia. The hotel also had a small pool and around 5 sun loungers. The pool and sun loungers were in the shade for long periods of the day but between midday and 3pm the pool got the sun (I stayed……
