"We spent 2 days at Luganodante during a 2 week trip to Italy/Switzerland. I highly recommend staying at this property. The location is centrally located to enjoy the lake, shopping and dining. Easy walk from train station but easy in and out of the garage if you have a car. Very clean, nice lobby bar and restaurant. The staff was very helpful and spoke multiple languages. The full breakfast was included and it was amazing. A wonderful experience all around. "

"We just stayed one night - the owners collected us from the train station which was helpful with a lot of luggage and a wheelchair. Owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable for us 3 adults, with an elevator for easy accessibility. As the room was on the top floor there were skylights with windows and blinds that could be electronically opened. There were plenty of other windows, with a great view to the mountains, but you need to bend a little to see through them...

Desiree were super nice providing all information about our stay and further more. Bianca took care of my daughter and my daughter loved her . I forgot one of my bags in the hotel , they manage to send back for me and iam super happy the way they manage to send my bag .
