“Frühstück war gut und ausreichend aber sind mehr Auswahl gewohnt (Lachs oder Avocado oder eggs Benedict). Ebenso am Buffet abends, Fleisch wechselte etwas aber oft dasselbe. Nudeln waren immer dieselben. Wenig Auswahl, speziell an Nudeln. Warum nicht mehr Kreationen wie andere Soßen, oder bei Kartoffeln mal knusprige Ecken, mal Rösti und auch mal Pommes (gab es kein einziges Mal). Salat war auch okay aber wenig zusätzliches, nie Meeresfrüchte oder Lachs. Nachspeisen auch sehr überschaubar, Obst……

“We stayed for 8 nights as a family of four and found the experience mixed, overall below expectations for a 4-star hotel. Positives: staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Food quality was good at the start of the stay. However, several issues impacted our experience: Rooms felt dated and in need of renovation. “this stay is very hard to summarize. the location of the hotel is excellent when whale watching or walks to beach or the Chamarel targets are on the bucket list. The pools are great and bit unsure why there is so often a fuss for clean beach towels since those should just be procured and maybe do not support some people changing all the time and others wait forever on a fresh one. The rooms are incredible bad noise insulated - you hear next to you and above you all the time. We enjoyed half……

“我们在网上预定的海景房， 入住时分派的不是海景房， 质疑后给调换了。我们提前电话通知增加一天住宿 ，提前一天到达入住并告知了我们的订单号码。当我们到达办理入住手续时，当班的接待员根本不知道有这回事。房间内的小冰箱一直都是空的，没有任何饮料。同酒店预定早上出海看海豚，最终没有结果，没人通知我们。”

“服务态度热情 但是效率太低，2016年1月和11月两次入住都是早上9点过到达酒店，交涉把部分房间大床分开或者加床（其实在预订的时候已经说明，但是毫无结果），要求客人晚上18点旅游回饭店前做好这些工作，但是两次都是没完全准备好，耽误部分客人入住时间。其次，本来预订了11.12.13日两天房间并且全额付款，居然13日早上接班的工作人员通知我们今天该退房，最后，经过核实才确认应该是入住2天，显得一点都不严谨。最严重的是，11月13日早上发现本人的电动刮胡刀在房间丢失，好在本人在非洲工作多年，还与工作人员交流不成问题，总台也做了情况调查，由于本人3个小时后就要离开酒店，告知酒店如果找不回来的话，就要报警，居然在我们出发前一个小时莫名其妙的回到房间（可能是趁我中途下楼交涉的时候放进去的），如果换做其他客人或者客人没发现的话，恐怕也就认栽。如果这样下去的话，恐怕客人怕住这个酒店了。”
