“This resort, despite being a 5-star establishment, has been the worst experience we’ve ever had. The only redeeming quality is their spa. Roomalia and Jenneth were incredibly professional and attentive. However, the rest of the staff was completely horrible. They showed no compassion or sense of hospitality. “Our stay at Veranda Hotel Grand Baie was unfortunately not as enjoyable as we had hoped. Our apartment was located at the very back of the property, quite a long walk from the main facilities. There was also no lift, which wasn't mentioned when we made the booking. Carrying luggage up the stairs and walking such a distance was very inconvenient, especially after travelling. “I think the room offered to me had not been used by other guests for quite some time. so there are some dirts in the 🛀 bathtub. they have shower room and the tub. one comes with shower gel (blue color one) but the other comes with a transparent one, which, be frank, i cannot be sure if that is shampoo? or all-in-one😅”
