“I had a very disappointing experience at Hunter Hotel in Medellín. From the moment I checked in, things were off.
First, they charged me 100,000 COP for “dirty sheets” — which makes no sense because sheets are meant to be washed anyway. It’s not like anything was damaged or excessively soiled. That alone felt like a money grab.
