“Parking was easy to find. At check in, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was wonderful and everything was better than expected. It was clean, spacious, the furniture do not look or feel cheap. The bedding was clean and very comfortable! The window seat was a highlight for me. I enjoyed sitting and looking out at the water! “The young woman who greeted us at the front desk in the evening was very welcoming. The dining staff were accommodating, helpful and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The ferry from Anacortes to Orcas is way more fun when you are a walk during the very hectic summer months. It has been made even better now that the Washington State Ferries will allow dogs up on the weather deck. Lots of opportunities for good sniffs, Basset adoration and dropped popcorn scavenging. This view is from the fantail on a sailing that took us on an alternative routing they practice for rough weather crossings.
