Elevators went out multiple times and the host response was that it wasn't their problem and to contact someone on-site. “The beach view was "THE ONLY "thing that was true from the site. The linen was dingy. There were hair particles on the sheets. Pillows were stained. The couch had stains, not sure from what.We had to purchase Pillows and sleeping bag s.we did not feel comfortable sleeping on those sheets. On the outside on the side of the apartment door, there was a spot that looked like blood or something. I attempted to contact Audrey the owner prior to arriving to the condo, she never responded to my email.……

“The check-in process was not very easy. Multiple people messaging me asking for the same info. The condo is VERY outdated and old to the point it’s uncomfortable. Check out time was early, 9am. The amenities were great as always at the Edgewater main pool area. The rental company was very responsive when I messaged them about several concerns. Would not stay in this particular unit again. ”
