“Hotel really nice and staff helpful. Had a major water leak from the shower jn the bathroom. Reported it to reception in the morning and returned from a day out in the evening to find it hadn't been sorted. Staff helped and then upgraded our room. A bit of a pain packing again but upgraded room well worth the hassle. Lovely pool and spa area. 3 bars and restaurants though each night we could only find one open. Excellent for brands hatch.”

“This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently.
Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.”
