“The gardens and pools are beautiful and the beach is very nice with a wonderful view. The staff is quite nice. Before booking. I read reviews stating that the hotel was in dire need of updating. The room was quite comfortable. Simply painting the walls and painting the furniture, and adding a picture or two, would make a huge difference in appearance. That being said, the room and bed were quite comfortable. The location is great and all of the meals we had at the Radisson were tasty and……

“Upon arrival after 3pm we still had to wait for our room. When we finally got in we had no toiletries in the shower It took 2 days to totally fix this problem. The food was average and repetitive at the buffet. The location is nice and the snorkeling very good. Staff was cheerful. Some of the servers were very good other not so much. Beach service faded as the day when on. Not a bad stay but not the level of a Mexican or Dominican resort”

“The property was not prepared for guests. An event was taking place at check-in. I was welcomed to a wedding reception and very loud music. The route to the property was very dangerous - the roads are horrible for driving. The rooms need to be renovated and updated with beds, appliances, and doors. No privacy - while I was contemplating moving to another property two people walked in my room. I don't suggest the Bay House as an option for your stay”
