“The checkout and check in process was extremely slow… the shower wouldn’t completely turn off and it wouldn’t drain. We had to stand in shin deep water while taking a shower. Definitely not what I expected for the price we paid.”

“They couldn’t find our reservation due to Expedia, there was someone else’s trash in our room when we got to our room, the room wasn’t the room I reserved, I asked for a bathtub and there was a dirty shower, the ice bucket had water in it from the previous guest. I will say the staff was very nice and offered us a free breakfast which was not worth the $18 we would’ve had to pay to eat there. ”

“My opinion is it isn’t worth more than $120 (after tax) per night. I picked this hotel over others because it said it has a sauna, but not until I checked in was I informed the spa isn’t open every day, it’s an additional fee to use the sauna, and it’s in the basement of a separate building that’s occupied by multiple businesses. On the opposite side of the hotel is the pool, which is so small it looks like it has the surface area of 4-5 kiddy pools, not joking. The gym is cramped, and……

“The woman who checked me in, fabulous. The room was beautiful though looked out toward a parking garage. The blinds were closed but the ambiance was perfect and it didn’t matter, the decore is what’s to look at. ,The lobby bartender was lovely, the doorman and staff overall perfect 10. I didn’t make it to the gym this trip but already rebooked for another great experience. ”

“Parking was easy and the restaurant/bar being right there was very nice. Excellent coffee shop within easy walking distance. The staff was very nice and helpful.”
