“Light pest issues on this visit. We had 2 separate rooms and both had bugs. We did report it to the front desk staff. We also noticed the curtains were ripped in one of the rooms. So the hotel definitely needs to do monthly maintenance inspections. Everything else was great. Shout out to the fabulous kitchen staff! He was very friendly and wonderful to talk to during our visit. ¡Nosotros te apreciamos, señor! Gracias por su generosidad.”

“This hotel is way overpriced for what it has to offer. It is outdated and leaves a lot to be desired. The room felt wet. Our entire first day and night the tv wasn’t working. We had a veg tray at the bar and it had rotten veggies. I definitely would not choose this location again.”

“First of all, the hotel staff were excellent. They were friendly, helpful and polite - much appreciated. The facility is clean, well maintained and asthetically pleasing. The breakfast was very complete, tasty and the various items were all at appropriate temperatures. The hotel location, near the Arkansas River, is very nice. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in recent years.”
