Seizoen was ver ten einde waardoor de buitenruimtes vol stonden met opgestapelde zonnebedden waardoor een rommelige indruk ontstond. “Der Aufenthalt in Monemvasia war an sich schon etwas Magisches. Sobald man die Festung betritt, fühlt man sich in eine längst vergangene Welt versetzt. Die Besitzerin der Unterkunft schickte uns vorab eine Nachricht mit genauen Anweisungen zur Anreise und empfing uns persönlich am Tor der Festung. Dort hatte sie einen Träger organisiert, der unser Gepäck bis zum Haus brachte – ein echter Luxus, denn die engen Gassen wären mit Koffern kaum zu bewältigen gewesen. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich...
