“This place was very nice. It was pretty close to the entrance to the walled city. There were a few pretty good stairs to climb (with luggage). It was difficult to find. I'll leave a pic of what to look for. Before you get to the place, you'll see a sign that says "GULAS", but at the actual entrance, it is in Greek. The owner was there waiting for us (even though we were later than expected). I wish I had gone ahead and paid when we arrived, as she was not present when we were ready to……

“This property within the walls of Monemvasia was beyond amazing. The character alone, proximity to the square and restaurants along with a private courtyard was beyond our expectations. Just a flight of stairs below is a swim area, so unique that you have to say you’ve done it! Be sure to direct message the property before you arrive, they will make sure to greet you and arrange a porter! The stairs are a lot so pack smart and light! We drove and got lucky with parking … but there isn’t a lot! ……

“Kamer was schoon, goed en modern ingericht met een groot balkon met frontaal zeezicht. Ontbijt was goed. Seizoen was ver ten einde waardoor de buitenruimtes vol stonden met opgestapelde zonnebedden waardoor een rommelige indruk ontstond. Receptioniste overdag erg aardig; de avond/nacht receptionist was nors.”
