“The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”

“We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect — within a few steps of the Port of Sóller, and a short walk to restaurants, and shops. The view from our room was absolutely unbeatable, and the beds were very comfortable. For the quality and location, the price was an excellent value. Highly recommend!”

“The rooms were very clean, although the bed wasn't comfy. Staff were very friendly and made our stay very welcoming. Staff were very helpful also! The views were amazing ! The hotel led to the best beach with golden sands and crystal clear waters. The restaurant had a great choice of food and drinks. Although, we didn't see any tea. As it was Halloween , the hotel decorations and cakes for children were great. The evening entertainment was first rate performance. The alcohol certainly wasn't……

“Hotel es Port is beautifully decorated with so many interesting nooks and crannies. The indoor pool was fantastic as the outdoor pool in October was a tad chilly despite the beautiful sunshine. Breakfast was lovely and fresh and the hotel is an easy 2 minute stroll to the beachfront with fabulous restaurants and shops. ”
