“The staff and the general facilities and the room were great. Just two downsides.
1. During my stay they decided to drain the swimming pool and regrout and refill. We were told that this would take two days. My time at the hotel finished after 4 days and the pool was still not open. It would have been a good idea to do this maintenance work during the low season rather than with a hotel full of holidaymakers.
2. Strangely you were only allowed to use one device on the Wi-Fi. If you tried to……

“Staff needs customer service training. Not very helpful. Room is not clean. But location is fantastic.
Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️”

“Extremely disappointed. The key card never worked so I had to go the reception every single time and ask them to send someone with a master key card. They replaced my key card 3 times but that didnt help. Meanwhile it was raining and the corridor ceilings were leaking. I found a dead cockroach in my bathroom. So overall...horrible.”

“kinda and attentive staff. stayed at the beachfront suite. note that photos appear much nicer than what is available - rooms and bathrooms aren’t as luxurious as one expects for the price charged.”
