The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website The rooms were not clean or maintained The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store) Hot water was not working in the room The……

“Really dated I booked an indulgence room. It was terrible Swimming pool is in the shade and really cold water. Only 6 sun loungers around it because nobody went in the pool. Clean towels supplied smelt horrible. Always got dirty feet when I had a shower as they obviously don’t clean the floor”

“All the staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating even though we had a big group. Pool and restaurant was good. Worth the price, would definitely come back. Great place to stay!! ”

“For what its worth - I do NOT recommend this property to anyone . 1) their USP is a pool and a pool view. Great in pics - not so much in person. 2) Their food is can definitely be better. Inedible sambar . Felt like being in the US - same breakfast essentially everyday except for 2/3 items. Idli sambar, boiled eggs , chicken sausage or something similar , bread and assortments , a chai that takes forever to refill . underwhelming . 3) location : I think for the same price point you can find……

“I stayed here for one night and it was absolutely perfect for an overnight stopover near GOI airport. The hotel’s appearance and room cleanliness were kept to a very high standard. Having a restaurant and a pool on-site was incredibly convenient after traveling. A special shout-out to the staff, who were very helpful and excellent at organizing a seamless airport transfer for me very early in the morning. Highly recommend if you need a comfortable, hassle-free stay close to the airport!”
