"We were visiting Omaha for a family event. We got lucky to finding such an amazing condo. It’s located very close to the Old Market and on a quiet street. It’s comfortable, modern, very clean and gorgeous. Two car garage included. The owners did a great job maintaining the property and added many nice touches. "I booked this room because it was close to where I needed to stay. Also, it had decent reviews about cleanliness, especially the bathroom. I did not find this to be the case with my room. The carpet was not vacuumed very well, and my bathroom was NOT clean. There was black hair everywhere… in the sink and bathtub, as well as on the countertop. I would have asked for a room change if it hadn’t been so late at night when I arrived, and I was tired after traveling. Also, I did not find the staff to be very helpful with answering questions. There were 2 bottles of water in my room, and after opening one, I discovered that they were NOT complimentary, but I would be charged $3/ bottle! With the price I paid for the room, they could have given 2 bottles of water! I decided to not open the second bottle, as I was led to believe that I would not be charged for the second, as long as it was not opened. I was still charged $7.50 for the water when I checked my credit card statement a couple of days later. My breakfast was good, but pricey. Understand that this is also NOT a complimentary breakfast! When I booked the room, I was given the option of adding my breakfast for $12.00. I decided not to do this as I don't eat much. I was just planning on having some fruit and yogurt and coffee. That was even expensive! I highly recommend that you pay for the breakfast when you book, if given the option. I do NOT recommend this hotel and won’t be staying again."
